Suzanne Vandall

Suzanne “Susie” “Sue” Vandall (Jasiolek), 68 of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away Friday, April 1st, 2022.  She was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 25, 1953 to Edward and Tekla Jasiolek. She graduated from Woodward High School.  She married the love of her life Michael O. Vandall, who preceded her in death in 2018.  Mike and Sue married in Toledo in 1973.

Sue dedicated her life to her family, laying roots in Bowling Green Ohio where she and Mike raised two daughters Rachael and Valerie.  Sue had a passion for cooking and baking, sticking close to her Polish heritage.  She loved being outdoors whether it was fishing, picnicking, or admiring her flower garden. When Sue wasn’t cooking or gardening she could usually be found shopping or crocheting.  Her grandchildren were the light of her life and enjoyed doing various activities with them, most of which would usually take place in the kitchen. She was a teacher’s aide for 25 years at Woodlane Schools in Bowling Green where she established lifelong friendships that she still kept in contact with.

Left to cherish her memory are daughters Rachael (Josh) Vandall- Hurley and Valerie (Allen) Vandall- Mercer; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jackson, Hudson, and Everly.  Siblings, Walter (Christina) Jasiolek, Maria (Terry) Pickerel, Krystyna (Dale) Wagner, Donna Waite, Edward (Linda) Jasiolek, John Jasiolek.  Sue was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends and family will be received at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E. South
Boundary St, Perrysburg Ohio (419-874-3133) on Wednesday April 6, 2022 from 3-7 p.m. where funeral services will be held Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
