Suzanne Libbe, age 91, of Perrysburg, died June 25, 2021, at The Manor of Perrysburg. She was born August 22, 1929, in Findlay to the late Ted and Rebea (Martin) Redpath. Suzanne graduated from Findlay High School and the University of Michigan, earning her degree in Medical Technology. She worked as a Med Tech for several years before devoting herself fulltime as a homemaker. Suzanne was passionate about bird watching. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband and visited all seven continents in her lifetime. Suzanne also loved the University of Michigan, was a donor and enthusiastic fan of all sports, particularly basketball and football. She was a longtime football season ticket holder and traveled to numerous road and bowl games. In her younger years, Suzanne played tennis as a member of the former Laurel Hill Swim and Tennis Club. She will be fondly remembered for her adventurous spirit, and strong, loving presence. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 65 years, Allan Libbe; children, Margaret (Quinton) St. John and John (Carla) Libbe; grandchildren, Meghan, David, and Justin St. John, Kelsey and Erik Libbe, Brooke Loseke, and Lauren Houle; and great granddaughter, Lucille. She was also preceded in death by her brother, John Redpath. Family and friends are invited to visit from 3-7 p.m., Tuesday, June 29, 2021, in the Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary St., Perrysburg, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 30, 2021. Interment will follow. Contributions in Suzanne’s memory are suggested to Magee Marsh Wildlife Area in Oak Harbor or the National Audubon Society.
