Susie A Yantiss

Susie A. Yantiss, 82, of Whitehouse, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017. Susie was born in Melton, West Virginia on January 13, 1935 to Joseph and Mary Lachney. She was married to Richard G. Yantiss for 45 years and together raised two sons. Susie loved going to Bingo, but her biggest love was her family. Besides being a furbaby grandma she was Aunt Susie to so many nieces and nephews. She loved to tell jokes and you hardly ever saw her without a smile. She is survived by her sons, Rick (Diane) Yantiss and Michael (Shirely) Yantiss; four grandchildren; sister, Mary Jane and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother, Lawrence and sisters, Viola and Zedith. Friends will be received from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 in Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 East South Boundary St., Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 (419-874-3133). Funeral services will be held following the visitation at 1:00 P.M. Burial will be held at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the family.
