SUSAN M. SPENCER Susan M. (Hofmann) Spencer, 54, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2011 at University of Toledo Medical Center after a 17 year battle with breast cancer. Susan was born August 11, 1956 in Toledo, Ohio to John and Patricia (Graf) Hofmann. She is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Donald Spencer. Along with her husband, Susan is survived by her children, Douglas Schnapp and Linda (Brian) Holbrook; grandchildren Mara Lyman, Susan Holbrook, and Amber Holbrook; siblings Michael (Ann) Hofmann, Mary Clemes, Margaret Jackson, and James (Paula) Hofmann, and many loving family members and friends. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 11:00 am at Cedar Creek Church, 29129 Lime City Road, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 with Pastor Lee Powell officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, 3100 W. Central Ave. Suite 235, Toledo, Ohio 43606.
