Stratos Kondos

Stratos Kondos, aged 87, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2022.

Beloved husband to Eleni (nee Saltos) for 60 years; loving father of Joanne Warren; cherished papou of Alexander Warren and Nicholas Warren. He is also survived by his beloved brother, Stavros Kondos and Sister, Evangelia Arvanitis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dismostelis and Eleni Kondos; adopted brother, Nikos Nikolis and adopted sister, Antonia Nikolis.

Stratos was a dear friend to many and a humble man. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the neighbors for their love and support; Peggy, Jim and Rose, Paul and Melissa and family. Additionally, a thank you to Sotiris and Christina and family for their love and respect, as well as the nurses and aides with Ohio Living for their help, Dr. Zepieckis’ office and Father Larry, thank you for everything.

The family will receive family and friends on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with funeral services to follow at 11:00 am in the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 740 N. Superior St., Toledo, OH 43604. Internment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park. Family and friends are welcome to join us in celebrating the life of Stratos Kondos immediately following the funeral and graveside services in the Greek Orthodox Building at the Holy Trinity Church.
