Steven Michael Forgette III

Steven M. Forgette, III age 29, passed away on January 22, 2026, in Toledo, Ohio. He was born on March 25, 1996, in Toledo, to Steven Forgette II and Sarah (Garza) Forgette.

Steven was known for his big, cheesy smile and his ability to light up any room he walked into. He loved being surrounded by family and friends and truly was the life of the party. With a natural sense of humor, Steven enjoyed cracking jokes and making people laugh, leaving lasting impressions wherever he went.

A hardworking and dedicated man, Steven worked in roofing, as a forklift operator, and in home maintenance. Most recently, he worked as a server at IHOP and Cracker Barrel, where he loved making people feel welcome and was well known for playfully challenging customers to leave bigger tips. He also enjoyed working on cars for family and friends, always willing to lend a helping hand. Steven took great pride in his work and deeply wanted to be a provider for his family.

Steven had a love for traveling and sightseeing, appreciating new places and experiences. Above all, he cherished his family, especially his nieces and nephews, whom he adored and loved taking care of. Steven's smile, laughter, warmth, and larger-than-life presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and everyone whose life he touched.

Steven is survived by his parents, Steven Forgette II and Sarah Forgette; son, Steven Michael Forgette IV; step-son, Jaxon; siblings, Mariah, Miranda, Mya, Briana, Baldemar, and Savanna; grandparents, Debbie Faust & Fred Cieply; special aunt, Stacy; along with many nieces, nephews, and loving family members. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Lollie; grandparents, Steven & Sarah Forgette; uncle, Jeremy; aunt, Jessica; and dear friend.

The family will recieve friends at Walker Funeral Home, 3500 Navarre Ave, Oregon, Wednesday, February 4, 2026 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Funeral services Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 10:00 am in the funeral home.
