Steven R Blodgett

Steven Robert Blodgett age 46 of Toledo went home to be with the Lord on Saturday December 1st, 2007 after a short illness. He was born February 15, 1961 in Toledo to Robert and Sue Blodgett. Steve was a machine operator but spent the last 5 years as the main caregiver for his ill daughter. He had a great love of the outdoors, nature and wildlife. Steve had an awesome knife and gun collection and was able to share that with his family. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother and uncle. He will be missed everyday by his family. His love for us and his love of God and life will always shine brightly. We love you Steve, always and forever. Steve is survived by his wife Michele; son Brian; daughter Amanda; parents Robert and Sue Blodgett; mother-in-law Joanne Endricks; brothers, Mike Tina, Dan Peggy and Kevin Blodgett; brother-in-law Brian Tami Brockhurst; sisters-in-law Melissa Brockhurst and Laurie Endricks; 12 nieces and nephews; 2 great nieces; and his beloved dog Ari. Friends may call at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home 501 Coant St. Maumee, on Wednesday from 2-8 pm. Services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am at the Church Of The Cross 1806 Cass Rd., Toledo.
