Steve L. Markus, Jr.

Steve L. Markus Jr., age 78, of Maumee, passed away in his home on Wednesday, August 5, 2015. He was born in Akron, Ohio on September 7, 1936 to Stephen and Helen Markus. Steve proudly served his country in the US Air Force and retired from the 180th Air National Guard in 1982. He is survived by his son, John; daughters, Pam Parker and Penny (Don) Montgomery; brothers Alex (Carol), and John; sisters, Betty (Joe) Jeromos and Mary (Gary) Anderson; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Joshua and sister, Alice Griffith. Visitation will be at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee on Monday, August 10, 2015 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
