Sofia M. Scott

Sofia Maxine Scott, age 2, of Rossford, Ohio passed away on March 20, 2014, after a brave and courageous fight against Spinal Muscular Atrophy at St. Vincent’s Mercy Medical Center. She was born on July 28, 2011 in Toledo to Robert N. Scott and Denise L. West. Sofia was a compassionate little girl who loved everyone. She enjoyed music, singing as well as swimming and bubbles. She also loved her daily cartoons. She was a fighter and will be greatly missed by all those who knew her and her incredible story. Sofia is survived by her loving parents, Robert and Denise, sister, Caitlin A. Fritch, grandmother, Vicki J. Warner, Uncle Joe, great grandfather, Norman K. Scott and many cousins. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Robert J. Scott and great grandmother Kathryn E. Scott. Friends will be received on Monday, March 24,2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222, East South Boundary St Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 (419-874-3133) where funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 10:30 A.M.
