Shirley I. Rose

Shirley Irene Rose, age 84, of Mechanicsburg, Ohio and formerly of Waterville, Ohio passed away on Monday, August 28, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 28, 1932 to Otto and Tillie (Mucha) Hartwig. Shirley enjoyed crocheting, bird watching, but most of all loved her family. Shirley is survived by her children, Paul (Sandy) Rose, Jill Rose, and Robin (Douglas) Michael; grandchildren, Andrea (Tony), Kristie (Matt), Richard (Susanna), Danielle (Chris), Nathan, Stephanie (Rohan), Nicole (Carlton) and Jonathon (Tori); great grandchildren, Alekah, Micah, Asher, Ellie, Eamon, Arianna, Amelia, Eohan, Josiah and Judah. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard C, granddaughter, Tiffany Marie Rose and sister, Donna Mae Alspach. Visitation will be held from 4-8 pm on Friday, September 1, 2017 at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, September 2, 2017 in the funeral home.
