Sherry E. Papier

Sherry E. Papier, age 58, passed away Monday April 21, 2014 at her home. The daughter of Gordon and Helen Mounts, she was born August 18, 1955 in Pineville, WV. She graduated from Whitney High School and attended Owens Community College and the University of Toledo. Sherry was an avid OSU, Cleveland Browns and Redwings fan. She was also a talented artist. She is survived by her husband, Alvin Papier; children, Jamie Billy Gilsdorf Papier, Alison Kyle Korte; grandchildren, Alexis Papier, Grace Korte, Alice Mae Gilsdorf; sister, Kim Harold Sparks; niece & nephew, Amy and Matthew Mounts; great nephew and niece, Cole Beringer and Abigail Rose Mounts. She was preceded in death by her parents and step father, Jack Ries. Friends may visit the family on Friday from 3-8 PM at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd where services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Memorials may be made to Susan G.
