Shelva J. Wick

Shelva J. Wick, 73, of Genoa, died Sunday, November 13, 2011, at her residence. She was born January 6, 1938, in Lake Township, Ohio, daughter of the late Steve and Gladys Rose Kratki. Shelva worked as a dietary aide for over 30 years at St. Charles-Mercy Hospital, Oregon, Ohio. After her retirement, she cared for her father for a long time. She enjoyed playing Bingo at St. Michaels on Tuesdays and loved going to garage sales, fishing on Lake Erie, Facebooking, and was an avid fan of NASCAR #99. Survivors include her children, Donald J. Wick, Jr. Jane of Elmore, Patricia A. Heilman Arthur of Genoa and Brenda S. Smith Ron of Oregon, grandchildren, Kristie, Donald III, Kevin, Arthur J.R., Gary and Justin, and great grandchildren, Keegan, Caleb, Cassidi, Rose, Jacob, Jocelynn, Rylee and Addyson, and her best friend, Marge. Her parents preceded her in death. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 16, 2011, at Restlawn Memorial Park, Perrysburg. There will be no visitation. The Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Crematory of Genoa has assisted the family with arrangements. Memorial contributions for Shelva may be given to the Allen-Clay Joint Fire Dist. #3, Genoa.
