Shawn T. Conley

Shawn T. Conley, 28, of Walbridge, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016 at his home. Shawn was born on December 24, 1987 to Victoria (Horner) and Hershel Conley, Jr. in Toledo, Ohio. He was a graduate of Lake High School and a Laborer for Straight Line Concrete. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jessica Berlin; children, Dylan and Rolan Conley, Lillian Christie Conley; mother, Vickie (James Fimognari) Conley; brother, Gregory A. Horner, sister, Megan N. Horner; grandparents, Billy Joe (JoAnn) Horner and special nephew, Donovan W. Horner. Shawn was preceded in death by his father, Hershel Conley, Jr. Friends will be received at the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St. Walbridge, Ohio 43465 (419-666-3121) on Monday, December 12, 2016 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Memorials contributions may be made to the family for his children.
