Sharon Claire Woodbury

Sharon Claire Woodbury, age 85, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 11, 1941, in Toledo, to the late Clement and Virginia Wichowski.

Sharon was a loving wife to her husband Arthur for 49 years and a devoted mother to her four children.

Music was at the heart of Sharon's life. For many years, she shared her love and knowledge of music as a teacher, giving piano and organ lessons at various schools, music stores, and in her own home.

In retirement, Sharon enjoyed spending time camping with her husband in Traverse City, taking in the beauty and peacefulness of the outdoors, which extended to the rest of the family and sometimes turned into a large family gathering.

A cherished mother, sister, and grandmother, Sharon is survived by her children, Yvonne (Don) Eby, Jackie (Tim) Zeiler, Dwane (Beth) Woodbury, and Denise (Keith) Talley; sisters, Kathryn (Robert) Evener and Sandra (Martin) Stites; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Arthur.

The Funeral Mass for Sharon will be held Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Clement Church.
