Sharon K. 'Punky" Screptock

Sharon K. “Punky” Screptock, age 77, of Rossford, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. Sharon was a graduate of Perrysburg High School and had previously been employed for Nationwide Insurance, Welch Publishing, and Market Day as a sales representative. Sharon often enjoyed watching old western films and hallmark movies. She was known to hunt for a good bargain at garage and rummage sales. Sharon made the best potato salad and egg salad, that she shared with everyone in the family. Most of all, Sharon loved her family and cherished any time she spent with them. She was always eager to lend a hand to anyone who needed cared for. Sharon will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.

Sharon K. Screptock, was born on November 7, 1944, in Perrysburg, Ohio, the daughter of Frank and Catherin (Hahn) Fisher. She met the love of her life, Wallace, at a local ice cream shop in Rossford, and the two were joined in marriage in Jackson Hole, WY, in 1976.

Left to cherish her memory include one son, Shawn Screptock; granddaughter, Skylar; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Those preceding her in death include her parents, Frank, and Catherin Fisher; husband, Wallace Screptock; three sisters, Frances Bookenberger, Delores Lenz, and Janet Wood; and one niece, Yvonne Schnabel.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 24, 2022, from 10:00-11:00 AM at Zoar Lutheran Church, 314 E Indiana Ave, Perrysburg, OH. A memorial service will follow at 11:00AM.
