Sharon Lee Pitney

Sharon Lee Pitney, age 71, of Maumee, Ohio, died on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at St. Lukes Hospital. She was born on September 15, 1944 in Toledo, Ohio to Daniel and Kathryn (Baun) Cichy. Sharon grew up in South Toledo and graduated from Rodgers High School. She enjoyed bowling and playing bingo in her earlier days. Sharon also enjoyed going to the casino. She is survived by her daughter, Gail (David) Lawson; son, Marvin (Amy) Pitney; brother, Daniel (Jackie) Cichy; grandchildren, Allison, Scott, Matt and Nick; niece, Megan Hilbert and nephews, Daniel Moench and Michael Moench. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents. Friends and family will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 from 5:00 PM until the time of services at 7:00 PM.
