Sharon Delaney

Sharon R. Delaney, born September 29, 1964, passed away on Friday, March 27th, in her home. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family and friends. She was the beloved mother of Matt Cerny.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Ray Delaney and Nancy Kralik Delaney. Sharon is survived by her sisters, Sue Arena and her husband Phil, and Colleen Delaney Yasenchack. She was formerly married to Dale Cerny and Tim Fresch.

She loved her family deeply, especially her many nieces and nephews, along with her close circle of lifelong friends. She also spent many years with the Cerny family and is remembered by them with love.

Sharon enjoyed the simple things that brought people together-perch fishing on Lake Erie, relaxing at the beach, participating in her Wednesday night dart league, and tailgating in the Muni Lot for Cleveland Browns games. She had a strong personality, loved to have fun, and created lasting memories with everyone around her.

A celebration of Sharon's life will be held at a later date. She will be remembered for her laughter, her strength, and the way she brought people together-leaving behind memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
