Sharon Alice Conners

Sharon Alice Conners, age 75, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo. Sharon was born December 2, 1942 in Genoa, Ohio to Hurley and Maybelle Chambers. She was a graduate of Genoa High School. Sharon worked at Chiefs Supermarket where she was affectionately known as the cookie lady. She was an animal lover and an enjoyed living in the country, close to wildlife and nature. Her love for horses began when she was a child and her brother rode in the rodeo. From her youth until today, Sharon always had and cared for horses. Sharon is survived by her son, Scott Conners (Shannon); daughter, Jodi Venable (Dave); grandchildren, Jorden Conners (Sonya Sue), Deonte Martens (Bryce Ray), Madilyn Mae Venable, Sophie Taylor Venable, Blake Valentine, and Addison Conners; sister, Sandra France (Tim); sister-in-law, Norma Chambers; and cousin, Narda Wilburn. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Jim Chambers. Sharons grandchildren were number one to her. She absolutely adored them. Services will be private.
