Shannon M. Frye

Shannon Marie Frye, 44 of Holland, OH passed away on November 7, 2018 with her family by her side. She was born on March 30, 1974 in Colorado Springs, CO to Ronald A. Teegardin and Rita C. Steinberger and she married William L. Frye, Jr. on April 22, 1995 in Toledo. Together they raised 2 children. Shannon was a graduate of the University of Toledo, where she received her Master’s Degree in Education. She worked for many years as an elementary school teacher and she was most recently employed with Horizon Science Academy, Toledo. Shannon loved movies, especially The Wizard of Oz and Minions. She enjoyed vacations and just relaxing with her family. Shannon is survived by her loving husband, William L. Frye, Jr; children, Sloan T. and Willow L. Frye; siblings Nicholas A. Teegardin, Matt A. Steinberger, Danielle E. Chadwick and Taylor N. Hittle; parents, Rita C. (Ed) Steinberger and Ronald A. (Cathy) Teegardin. Friends will be received on Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 2:00 to 8:00 pm in Neville-Shank Funeral Home, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland, OH 43528 (419-865-8879) where funeral services will be held on Monday, November 12, 2018 at 11:00 am.
