Shane Stanley Kraemer

Shane S. Kraemer, age 34, passed away Monday, May 1, 2017 at his home. The son of Stanley and Robin, he was born July 9, 1982 in Toledo. He was a graduate of Start High School and attended Owens Community College. Shane worked for UPS and was union steward and safety representative. He enjoyed playing rugby and was member of Celtics Rugby Club. When he could no longer play he refereed the sport. He loved to fish especially with his father on his boat. He is survived by his son, Malakai; father, Stanley; sister, Shannon Kraemer; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, grandparents and Aunt Rose. Friends may visit the family on Friday May 5, 2017 from 2-9 PM at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave (west of Corey Rd). Funeral services will begin with prayers at the funeral home Saturday at 12:15 PM followed by a funeral Mass at 1:00 PM at St. Catherine Siena Catholic Church 4555 North Haven Rd Toledo, OH 43612. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Susan G. Koman Foundation or St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
