Scott A Yeager

Scott Yeager, also known as Mr. Sunshine, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the age of 58. He was born to Mary Ann (Coe) and Charles Yeager on September 17, 1963. He worked for many years driving truck and working on cars for various companies including Toledo Paving and Auto Connection. He was married to his wife of 11 years, Joyce Yeager.

Scott liked to fish and spend time at the lake. He enjoyed drinking beer while spending time with his friends and family and especially cook for all of them. You could always find him cooking many of his favorites especially pork steaks and ribs and to satisfy his sweet tooth you would find him with a Reese’s or York Peppermint Patties.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents Mary Ann and Charles Yeager; Midge and Rol Harris.

He will be dearly missed by his family including his wife, Joyce; Children, Lizabeth (Brad) and Timothy, Ashley, Amber, Loren (Veronica), and Jacob (Sandy); Brothers Tracy (Brenda), Steven (Lisa), Brian (Edna); Grandchildren Riley, Madi, Myla, Brantley, Kahl, Destiny, Cody, Hayden, Noah, Gabe; Former Wife, Merinda Marcinkowski; many nieces and nephews and his beloved cat Ice and dog Thor.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022, from 2pm-5pm at Walker Funeral Home (5155 W. Sylvania Ave.) with a funeral service beginning at 5pm. Interment will be at Toledo Memorial Park at a later date in the spring.
