Scott Dale Barhite

Scott Dale Barhite, age 51, passed away Thursday Oct. 17, 2013. The son of Melvin and Lia, he was born May 31, 1962 in Toledo, OH. He was an avid collector of firefighter memorabilia and Dalmatians. He loved his scratch off lottery tickets and even appeared on the Cash Explosion program once. Scott will be remember best for his very kind and generous personality who was always willing to lend a hand. He is survived by his mother, Lia Barhite; sister, Lauri Barhite; special friend, Mary Jo McCann; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; God parents, Doris Guy Schafer; and good pal Bob. He was preceded in death by his step father, Fred; and grandparents. Friends may visit the family on Thursday Oct. 24, 2013 from 4-7PM at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. where a memorial service will be held at 7:00PM Thursday.
