Sara June Grieger

Sara June Grieger, 34, of Sandusky, OH went to our Lord way too early on September 12, 2009 after passing away at her mothers home in Sandusky, OH. She was born on October 20, 1974 in Port Clinton, OH. She was the living daughter of Susanna Grieger of Sandusky and Dan Mary Grieger of Port Clinton. Sara accomplished so much in her life. She graduated in 1992 from Norwalk High School, Norwalk, OH. She would have graduated LPN school in November with hopes of really helping people. Sara had worked as a State Tested Nursing Aide at several area nursing homes. She loved helping people. Shondrea, her 4 year old daughter, will miss her the most. Her brother Shawn Andrea Hayes and their four children who live in Woodville, OH will dearly miss her too. Her baby sister, Danielle Sholes of Sugar Creek, MO and her husband Steve, their two daughters and son being born in October ache to have her back. Sara also touched the lives of her aunts & uncles. All of Saras cousins, whom she loved, will miss her dearly. Sara also had room in her heart for her loving Gramma Grace Sivinski of Port Clinton. To know Sara was to love her. She will be laid to rest by her brother Danny Dion, and her grandparents Don & Carmella Grieger. Grandpa Stanley Babe Sivinski preceded Saras passing as well. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 16, 2009 from 2-8 p.m., with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 17, 2009 by Reverend Father Nicholas Cunningham at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Oak Harbor, beginning with prayers recited at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to give a memorial contribution may direct them to the care of her family.
