Sandra K. Bruner-Hurst

Sandra Bruner-Hurst, 79, of Legacy Nursing and Rehab and formerly of Walbridge, Ohio passed away peacefully at Legacy under the care of Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Sandy worked at Zepf Center in Toledo as a work adjustment counselor for 28 years, retiring in 2016. Upon retirement, she enjoyed her grandchildren, who were the loves of her life.

Sandy is survived by her children, Matthew (Stacie) Houser, Desarae (Vern) Rodriguez-Hurst, Destini (Kody) Rodriguez-Hurst. Also, surviving Sandy are her siblings, Greg ( Cathy) Kasch, Jim (Marsha) Kasch, Eve Baldwin and Brenda Hauck. Grandchildren, Jacob, Joanna, Rayleigh, Miley, Maliyah and Phenyx.

She was preceded in death by her infant children, Amy and Andy Houser; mother Mary Alice Hauck and step-father Thomas Hauck.

There will be no funeral service per Sandy's request. A private burial of her ashes will take place in the spring at Lake Township Cemetery, Millbury, Ohio where she will finally be reunited with her precious babies and her grandma.
