Sandra K. Brahier

Sandra Brahier, age 75, of Maumee, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perryburg. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 12, 1937 to Russell and Mary Straffen Kepler. Sandy was a dedicated RN at the former Mercy Hospital in Toledo. She enjoyed camping, NASCAR, bird watching, swimming and spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church in Maumee. Sandy is survived by her children, Bob Brahier, Tim Michelle Brahier, Beth Lyn Schweitzer, Tom Jane Brahier, Julie Craig Cohan, Joe Rebecca Brahier, 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; brother, Mark Kepler; sisters, Debbie Jim Dobney and Deidra Chris Edward. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Brahier, and brother, Rusty Kepler. Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 from 3:00-8:00 pm at The Maison- Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home 501 Conant St. Maumee, Ohio. Prayers will begin in the funeral home on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 10:00 am followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 am at St. Josephs Catholic Church, Maumee.
