Samuel Ray Collins

Samuel Ray Collins, 50, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2024, in Oregon, Ohio. He was born on December 25, 1973, in Heidelberg, Germany to Jimmy and Carolyn Collins. He graduated from Morrison R. Waite High school in 1993 with a certificate in auto body and mechanics. Sam was a man of many interests and enjoyed working with his hands. Not only was he kindhearted and willing to help those in need, but he could also brighten any room with his presence. There was never one person he couldn’t make laugh with his humorous personality.

Samuel is survived by his children, Veronica (Kamron) Kennedy, Andrew Collins, Allen Collins, Aiden Collins; grandchild, Pierre LeDuc IV; siblings, Mark (Claudia) Collins, Melisa (Vince) Ramos; significant other, Elaine Stelmach. He was preceded in death by his parents.
