Samuel Ciralsky, age 75, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at The Toledo Hospital. Sam was born on March 2, 1936 in Detroit, MI to the late Ira and Birdie Ruth Pollock Ciralsky. He was a 1954 graduate of DeVilbiss High School and received his Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Toledo in 1960. Sam married Carole Price on October 19, 1956 celebrating 55 years of marriage last month. A self-made man, Sam owned and operated Toledo Turf Golf Company and Chippewa Golf Course in Curtice, OH. Sams wife and family were his lifes passion. He always had a clear vision for his familys future and will be remembered for his loving and generous spirit. A dedicated sports enthusiast, Sam refereed high school basketball for 38 years and coached Little League Baseball for each of his six children. Sams family includes: wife Carole; son and daughter-in-law, Douglas and Kathy Pollauf Ciralsky, Doug and Kathys daughter and son-in-law, Brianna and Matt Lee, their children, Alexander and Lauren Miller-Ciralsky, Doug and Kathys daughter, Rachel Ciralsky and her daughter, Kyleigh; son and daughter-in-law, David and Lorrie Kecskes Ciralsky, David and Lorries son and daughter-in-law, Justin and Brittany; David and Lorries daughter, Ashley Ciralsky; David and Lorries daughter and son-in-law, Lorryn and Jeremy Langton and their daughter, Alexis, and David and Lorries children, J.J. Reilly, Lynnae Reilly, and Jener Reilly; son, Wm. Kevin Ciralsky; Wm. Kevins son, Kyle Ciralsky preceded Sam in death; and Kevins daughter, Caitlin Ciralsky; son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Tammy Hall Ciralsky, Mark and Tammys son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Amanda DeVries Ciralsky and their son, Mason, Mark and Tammys son and daughter-in-law Corey and Caroline Quillon Ciralsky and their son, Isaac; Mark and Tammys daughter, Amber and son, Bryce; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Donna Rickman Ciralsky and their son, Connor; and daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Joe Ciralsky Zadrazil and their children, Kendall Swartzell, Rebekah, Sammi Jo, Bella Grace, and Asher Zadrazil. He is also survived by his sister, Carole Jerry Miller. In addition to his parents, Sam was preceded in death by his step-mother, Marge Ciralsky; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Walter and Nancy Price.Visitation will be on Saturday from 1-3 pm and 5-9 pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd.. A memorial luncheon will be held from 1-4 pm on Sunday at Eddie Lees Restaurant, 4700 Nantuckett Dr. Toledo, OH 43623 where dinner will be served at 2 pm.
