Samantha Nicole Kuohn

Samantha Nicole Kuohn age 30 of Toledo passed away Saturday May 16, 2009 in the Hospice of Northwest Ohio Inpatient Unit, Toledo. She was born August 2, 1978 in ElCentro California to Daniel and Dee Swartz Kuohn. A 1996 graduate of Bowsher High School, she was a hair and nail stylist and an amateur artist. Samantha was very energetic and full of life and was the biggest Ohio State and Minnie Mouse fan. Preceded in death by grandparents George and Elizabeth Kuohn, Bonnie Lyman and Ray and Pearl Depew, she is survived by her husband Roderick Ferguson; daughters Charnae and Olivia Ferguson; father Daniel Ruth Kuohn; mother Dee Carnes Jim; sisters Jennifer Siniscalchi and Raechel Morales; brothers Daniel Kuohn II, and Steve and Aaron Wegener; grandfather Robert Rosalind Swartz; grandmother Lorri Gerald VanEngen; mother-in-law Fannie McDade; and 8 nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey on Tueday from 2-9 PM where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 AM. Interment Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to the Samantha Kuohn fund for her children at the UT/MUO Credit Union.
