Sally Jo Ceraldi

Sally Jo (Lillick) Ceraldi, 86, of Del Ray Beach, FL and formerly Columbus, OH, Danbury Township, OH, and Sandusky, OH passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Trustbridge Hospice Unit at Del Ray Medical Center. She was born on December 29, 1935 in Alliance, OH. Sally was the only daughter of Carl Oliver and Alberta (Bradshaw) Lillick. As a child Sally had fond memories of living on the family farm. She attended a one-room schoolhouse. In 1952 Sally graduated from Alliance High School. She attended Kent State University where she met her future husband. On April 7, 1955, Sally married Arduino “Art” B. Ceraldi. Sally loved golfing, boating, and enjoyed flower gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, Fred (Junie) Schaffer and Gaylord “Hap” Lillick. Sally is survived by her son, Doug (Joy) Ceraldi of Oak Harbor, OH, daughter, Catherine (Carl) Wolf of Del Ray Beach, FL, grandsons, Art (Ginger) Ceraldi of Poulsbo, WA, Brian Ceraldi of Haymarket, VA, Charles (Jenn) Wolf of Miami, FL, Taylor (Rebecca) Wolf of Columbus, OH, and great grandchildren, Mae Ceraldi, Greta Jo Ceraldi, Dashiell Wolf, and one on the way.

A celebration of life will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 25, 2022 at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, 122 W. Ottawa St., Oak Harbor, OH.  Burial will be in Catawba Island Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Endowment Trust Fund, Inc. at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Oak Harbor, OH, 122 W. Ottawa St., Oak Harbor, OH.
