Ruth M. Wielinski

Ruth M. Wielinski, age 79, of Toledo, passed away Monday July 19, 2010 in Regency Hospital. She was born May 21, 1931 in Toledo to Leo and Stella Knakiewicz Wozniak. She was employed in the offices at the Jeep Corporation for 38 years retiring in 1987. After retirement she worked for Sears Paint and Hardware and Big Lots stores. Ruth loved gardening, reading and visiting casinos. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Charles Wielinski; her parents; brother, John Wozniak; and son-in-law, Bill Chapman. Surviving are her daughters, Mary Keith Shrader and Susan Chapman; son, Mark Joyce Wielinski; grandchildren, Tina Zajac, Brian April Shrader, Kelly Kozak, Kim Shrader, Jason Alicia Wielinski and Brett Wielinski; 11 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sisters, Dorothy Haines and Janis Turner; brothers, Richard Patricia Wozniak and David Wozniak; dear brother-in-law, Jim Turner; special neighbor, Reid Werner; and best canine friend Buddy. Friends may call at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey on Thursday from 2-8 PM where a Scripture Service will be held at 7 PM. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home Friday at 9:15 AM followed by the Mass of the Resurrection at 10 AM in St. Clement
