Ruth Ann Shepard

Ruth Ann (Little) Shepard, 62, of Toledo, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2017 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Ruth was born on November 13, 1954 to Kenneth and Ida (Shonk) Little in Millersburg, Ohio. She graduated from Hiland High School and married her beloved husband, Alan Shepard, who preceded her in death. She worked at Jobst Institute for 18 years and later at Fairfield Inn and Suites. Ruth was an avid Ohio State fan. Left to cherish her memory, are her children, Jennifer (Greg Anderson) Blakemore-Anderson, Bubba (Racheal) Henry, Stephen Crews and Chelsea Crews; grandchildren, Anthony (Melissa) Anderson, Cameron Blakemore, Killian Blakemore, K.J. Henry, Alexis Henry, Dakota Crews and soon to be born in February, Jemma Henry; siblings, Paul (Raynola) Little, Richard (Rose) Little, Mary Jane (Jim) Neukam, Roland Little, and Dennis (Sue) Little. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Alan, parents, and son-in- law, Jeffrey Blakemore. Friends will be received at the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St. Walbridge, Ohio 43465 (419-666-3121) on Saturday, January 14, 2017, from 1-7 PM. with funeral services following at 7:00 PM.
