Ruth Marie Busack, age 73, of Swanton, passed away October 5, 2009, at St. Lukes Hospital. She was born in Toledo to Ethel Perry and George Staler on November 1, 1935. Ruth married the love of her life, Warren Busack on March 17, 1953. She was a den mother for her son, an avid garage saler and an excellent cook who was often referred to as Mrs. Betty Crocker. All will miss her famous gold devils, which were always fought over. Ruth enjoyed playing cards and dice and going to her Bunko Club. She held a special place in her heart for animals of all kinds. She loved her grandkids and great-grand-children. She loved to spoil them and protect them. She is survived by her husband, Warren; daughter, Barbara Dennis Gill; grandchildren, April Gill, Shawna Gabe Miron, Dennis Leanne Gill, Jimmy Tiffany Busack, Ian Tonya Busack, Robbie Ryan Wnorowski and Ruth Clark; and great - grandchildren, Logan Busack and Ainsley Gill. She was preceded in death by children, Jimmy, Lawrence, and Rita; and brother, Chester Staler. Family and friends may visit on Thursday from 3 to 9 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave., west of Corey Rd. where funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
