Russell Clare Beman

Russell C. Bud Beman age 84 of Perrysburg passed away unexpectedly on Monday December 13, 2010 at St. Lukes Hospital. Russ was born in Dowling, OH on September 3, 1926 to Clare and Harriett Bruce Beman. He was employed at Emery Freight for 12 years retiring in 1988. Prior to this, Russ was a real estate agent for 26 years. Most recently, he worked for St. Lukes Hospital as a Courtesy Driver. He was a WW II Army veteran and a member of American Legion Post #28 and St. Rose Catholic Church in Perrysburg. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Thelma A Beman; son, Gary E. Beman; daughter, Karen A. Dan Smith Schultz; 6 grandchildren 10 great-grandchildren and a sister, Melda Cookie Vidra. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Scott Beman and sisters, Ardah Kinsey and Yvonne Spackey. Friends may call at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home 501 Conant St. Maumee on Thursday December 16, 2010 from 3-8 pm where funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 am.
