Rosemary Zaeff

Rosemary Zaeff, 86, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Little Sisters of the Poor in Oregon. She was born on May 13, 1929 to Fred and Rose (Clark) Haas in Toledo, Ohio. Rosemary worked in the cafeteria for Toledo Public Schools and worked hard her whole life. She was a very strong woman and nothing kept her down. She was always on the go and loved going to the casino to play the slot machines and enjoy that delicious casino food. Reading and doing puzzles were just a few of the many hobbies she enjoyed. Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband, Frank. She is survived by her daughter, Debora (Larry Hamblin) Zaeff; grandchildren, Michelle Brown- Murphy and William (Kandice) Brown; great grandchildren, Madalyn, Ryely, Colt, Elijah, and Gabriella; nieces and nephews; special cousins, Gloria (John) Finney, Esther Varnes; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be at Little Sisters of the Poor, 930 S. Wynn Road on Monday, January 25, 2016 from 3 pm to 7 pm. Funeral Services will take place at Little Sisters of the Poor on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Troy Township Cemetery.
