Rosemary Wilson, 65, of Genoa, died Friday morning, January 20, 2017, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Rosie was born March 31, 1951, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to Thomas G. and Cleffie A. (Turner) Montgomery. On December 18, 1966, in Fairborn, Ohio, she married Donald E. Wilson and he survives. For several years Rosie worked at the former Hay-Lo Market in Genoa. She also worked at Northwood Greenhouse. Her hobbies included gardening, canning, crocheting, reading books, especially mysteries and novels, and ceramics. She made many ceramic Christmas decorations. A.k.a. Ro-Ro, Rosie and Donnie loved cruising in their 1939 Chevy. In addition to her husband, Rosie is survived by her son, Scotty Wilson (Dr. Wendy Shields) of Genoa and siblings, Ruby Doucette of Millbury, Dayrus Montgomery of Piketon, Ohio, and Sonia (Rex) Dalton of Walbridge. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Joan Kellerbauer, Jane Morgan, Judy (Charlie) Roberts and brother-in-law, Steve Head. Her parents, son, Peter M. Wilson, and three brothers and three sisters preceded her in death. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m., Sunday, January 22, 2017, with the family present from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at Robinson-Walker Funeral Home, 501 West St., Genoa. The funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 23, 2017, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 313 Main St., Genoa, with interment to follow in Clay Township Cemetery. The family has suggested memorials to go to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551.
