Rosemary Marguerite Blodgett

Rosemary M. Blodgett, 91, of Maumee, Ohio died Sunday January 22, 2012 at the Elizabeth Scott Community. Rosemary was born in Maumee, Ohio on July 19, 1920 to George and Anna Marie Kiefer Ragan. On January 12, 1944 in Maumee she married Frederick Blodgett, and he preceded her in death on November 10, 1999. Rosemary was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Maumee, where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society Rosemary is survived by her daughter, Ann Lynn Walter Hallett II of Swanton, Ohio, son, John F. Teresa Paulsen Blodgett of Oak Harbor, grandchildren, WalterMary Haase Hallett III, Stephen Dawn Wistler Hallett, Julianne William Marshall, Monica Ryan Pataky, Emily Blodgett Ted Kotora, Elliott Nakita Farrell Blodgett, Ian Blodgett, great grandchildren, Jenna and Walter Hallett IV, Erin, Lauren, and William Marshall, and Kaylan Pataky. Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, great granddaughter, Kathryn Hallett, and brother, Charles Ragan. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 from 2-8 p.m. at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral, 501 Conant St. Maumee, Ohio 43537 with a scripture service at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will take place on Thursday January 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maumee, with prayers starting at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
