Rose Irwin

Rose Irwin, 80, formally of Holland, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at her daughter’s home. Rose was born on January 6, 1931 to Marin and Ivana (Marnioff) Doneff. She married George W. Irwin on October 1, 1954 in Toledo, Ohio. She attended Clay High School, in Oregon, Ohio and Davis College. Rose enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved classical music. In her youth Rose played the accordion and was a member of the accordion band in school. Rose is survived by her loving children, Susan K. Irwin, William R. Irwin, and George M. Irwin; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Sean) Jones, Jessie (Billy Frey) Irwin, Joseph Irwin and Sarah Rose Irwin; and one great-grandson, Charlie Frey. Rose is preceded in death by her parents, husband; siblings, Gina Stoyanoff, Dan Doneff, John Doneff and Helen Doneff. Friends and family will be received Sunday, August 14, 2011 from 4 – 8 P.M. at the Neville Funeral Home Southwest Chapel, 7438 Airport Hwy, Holland, OH. 43528 (419-865-8879) where funeral services will be held on Monday, August 15, 2011 at 11 A.M.
