Rose M. Ceccoli

Rose M. Ceccoli, 81, of Port Clinton passed away, Saturday, March 19, 2011 at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 26, 1929 in Gypsum, OH, the daughter of Leafey Middleton & James Thompson. On April 24, 1948 in Port Clinton, OH, she married Henry Hank Ceccoli and he preceded her in death on Jan 17, 2010. Rose worked for the Port Clinton High School in the cafeteria as a cook. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She enjoyed bowling and had won many trophies. Rose enjoyed dancing and Sudoku puzzles, but most of all she loved to spend time with her grandchildren & great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Survivors include her Children: Ted Patty Ceccoli of Villa Rica, GA, Bob Dianne Ceccoli of Bettsville, Judy Ceccoli of Port Clinton and Tim Lori Ceccoli of Port Clinton; Grandchildren: Bobby Andrea Ceccoli of Holiday, FL, Justin Anne Ceccoli of Fremont, Holly Kinsey of Port Clinton, Travis Kinsey of Port Clinton, Kyle Ceccoli of Austin, TX, Mike Monak of Crestview, FL, Danise Adkins of Gulf Breeze, FL, Gina Danny Miller of Oak Harbor, and Robert Tiffany Monak of Oak Harbor; 19 Great-Grandchildren; 6 Great-Great-Grandchildren and Sister: Donna Stanley Kowalczk of Port Clinton; brothers: Alfred Thompson of Port Clinton & James Thompson of Fremont. Rose was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister: Marilyn Winke, brother: RadusThompson, and grandson: Gerald Henry Ceccoli. At Roses request there will be no visitation. Special thanks to all who made phone calls, visited with and prayed for Rose. They were truly appreciated by both Rose and her family during these difficult days.
