Rosalie Maryann Bayer

Rosalie M. Bayer of Perrysburg, OH passed away on Sunday November 28, 2010 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg surrounded by her loving family. Rosalie was born in Toledo on April 16, to Casimir and Helen Manz Wozniak. Rosalie was a 1957 graduate of Central Catholic High School. Miss Rosalie owned and operated Daryl Jervis Dance Studio, South where she started as a student who loved to perform and became a beloved instuctor. Her love of dance spanned over 65 years. Her biggest reward was watching children at her studio grow through dance. Rosalie also enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, shopping, movies and traveling. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, John Bill Bayer. Daughter, Jodi Ken Whitacre; son, Randy Stacie Bayer; grandchildren, Caitlin, Vincent, Avery, Justin, Brianna; a great-granddaughter, Marissa and a brother, Ralph Sandy Wozniak. Also surviving is her faithful canine companion, Lucy. Rosalie was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may call at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home 501 Conant St. Maumee on Tuesday November 30, 2010 from 3-9 pm with the Rosary being recited at 7:30 pm. Prayers will begin in the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:30 am followed by Funeral Mass at 10:00 am at Blessed John XXIII Church Community, Perrysburg.
