Ronald Zipper Wagner, age 61, passed away suddenly on Friday, December 4, 2015 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center while surrounded by family. Ronnie was born in Topeka, Kansas to John and Laura (Wagner) Wagner, but was a lifelong resident of Toledo. A graduate of the former DeVilbiss High School, he was an avid Harley-Davidson enthusiast and was a retired member of the Wheelers. Always having a strong work ethic, he was still working two jobs at the Summit Diner in Toledo and Briskets Diner in Oregon. Ronnie is survived by his children, Jeremy (Melissa) Wagner, Richelle Wagner, and James Wagner; brothers, Jay (Darlene) Wagner, Larry (Karen) Wagner, and Matt Wagner; grandchildren, Christopher, Kayden, Christian, Casen, and Taliyah; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Douglas. A gathering will be held Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 3-7:00pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey Rd.).
