Ronald E. Skaggs

Ronald E. Skaggs, 65, of Bradner, Ohio died Wednesday, August 28, 2019 in Mercy-St. Charles Hospital, Oregon, Ohio after a brief illness.  He was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 21, 1954, the son of Ora D. and Ruby J. (Lucas) Skaggs. Ronald was a heating and cooling technician for many years.  He was a member of the Albert Bowe American Legion Post #338 in Bradner, Ohio. Ronald is survived by his children, Ronald Skaggs, Jr., Jeffrey (Sarah) Skaggs and Jennifer (Jamey) Halbisen, seven grandchildren, wife, Lisa M. Skaggs, and siblings, Oralane (Robert) Hays, Jacky (June) Skaggs, Violet Redrup, Judith Dusseau and Donald (Dawn) Skaggs.  He was preceded in death by his parents, step-mother, Phyllis Hutton Skaggs, brothers, Charles, Tommy and Edward Skaggs and sister, Linda Lou Skaggs. A funeral service for Ronald will be conducted at 11 AM, Wednesday, September 4, 2019 in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 West St., Genoa, OH 43430.  The family will have visitation from 4-8 pm on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 in the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Donor’s Choice.  Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.walkerfuneralhomes.com.
