Ronald E. Landrum

Ronald Eugene Landrum, age 84, of Marblehead, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, Ohio. He was born on October 10, 1939, in Jackson, Ohio to Chester and Agnes (Lovette) Landrum. Ron married the former Thelma Reffitt on October 19, 1957, in Jackson, Ohio. He worked for Green Bay Packaging and Standard Products, before retiring in 2001.

Ronald was an active member of Wayside Temple church in Castalia, Ohio. He truly enjoyed mowing his lawn. He was beloved by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. You couldn’t have asked for a better dad or pop.

Ron is survived by his wife, Thelma, of 66 years; children: Harold Eugene (Brenda) Landrum, Ronda Faye Miller, and Lisa Lynn (Brian) Wadsworth; grandchildren, Randy (Rachel) Miller III, Christine (Chandler) Brackett, Rick (Christine) Habegger, Chance Wadsworth (fiancé, Emmy Farago), Julie Landrum, Joshua (Michelle) Landrum, and Zachariah Landrum; great grandchildren: Tyler, Hannah, Hunter, Amayah, Zander, Zoe, Isaac, Kylee, Virginia, Gloria. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, James and Glendon Landrum and sister, Doris Faye Coburn.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at the Wayside Temple, 3809 Maple Ave, Castalia, Ohio 44824.
