Roland R Shue

Roland Rol R. Shue, age 68, of Maumee passed away Thursday, December 4, 2008 in St. Lukes Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 17, 1940 in Perrysburg, OH to Glen and Kathryn Honsberger Shue. Rol worked as a Plumbing Contractor for Maumee Plumbing and DIMECH for many years. He was a US Army National Guard veteran. Rol enjoyed woodworking, fishing, camping, cooking, crossword puzzles and was very particular about his yard. The widower of Kathy Shue, Rol is survived by his loving family; significant other, Boo Wagener; son, Keith Heather Shue; daughter, Beth Tim Danford; grandchildren, Adam Shue, Paige Danford, Tee Powell and Mariah Murphy; sisters, Sue Shue, Carol Contat and Judy Shedron; brothers, Tom Shue, Dan Kathy Shue and Mike Shue; and stepmother, Joanne Shue. Family and friends may visit Sunday from 2-8 p.m. in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home and Crematory, 501 Conant Street, where the Maumee American Legion will have a service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
