Robin Curt Kepler

Robin Curt Kepler of Petersburg, MI, went to be with his Lord on December 23rd, 2023, following complications due to prostate cancer. Robin was born to Olen Udell and Mary (Daniells) Kepler in Toledo, OH on September 7th, 1956.

Robin studied Forestry at the University of Toledo before working as a truck driver for PepsiCo. Later, he worked for the Forest Service in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for two years. After moving back to Toledo, Robin began his business Kepler Countertops, where he worked until his cancer complications prohibited him.

Robin met his wife Lisa while coaching high school broomball in Toledo. They were married in 1986 and had six children and eventually several grandchildren.

Robin loved his Lord, Jesus Christ, and shared that love with everyone he met. He was a member of Christ the Word Church of Sylvania, OH.

Robin is survived by wife, Lisa, and by their children and grandchildren: Zach and Rebekah Kepler and their children, Robin, Jasper, and Juniper; Aaron and Katherine (Kepler) Lowell and their children, Evelyn, Finley, and Isla; Austin and Kendall (Kepler) Sawade; Jillian Kepler, and Molly Kepler. Robin is also survived by his brothers and their families: Jim and Shirley Kepler and their children, Jimmy and Chrissy (Acosta); and Norman and Patricia Kepler. Robin is also survived by niece Taylor (Joshua) Castillo.

Robin is preceded in death by his daughter, Camden Kepler, and his parents, Olen and Mary Kepler.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023, from 2-7pm, with memory sharing from 4-5pm, and a funeral service to follow at 7:00. Both visitation and funeral service will be held at Christ the Word Church, 3100 Murd Rd, Sylvania, OH 43560. Interment will be private.
