Robert E Weaver

Robert E. Weaver, age 85, of Toledo, passed away on September 29, 2015 at home surrounded by his family. Robert was born on December 12, 1929 to Fred and Opal (Brigtner) Weaver in Crissey, Ohio. Robert married his wife Dawn on December 4, 1954 in Angola, Indiana and she preceded him in death. Robert was a Foundry Worker for 33 years at Bunting Brass and Bronze. He loved fishing, hunting and especially visiting his grandchildren. Robert was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dawn, four siblings, and granddaughter Tina Kosch. Surviving are his children, Diane Streib, Rosemary Knell, Frank Weaver, Teresa (Tom) Pierce, Alicia Glenn, Robert Weaver, Jr., Fran (Dennis) Pritscher and Larry Weaver; twenty one grandchildren, twenty eight great- grandchildren, brothers, Donald (Bonnie) Weaver, Jim and Jerry Weaver, sisters Bonnie (Jim) Grant and Judy Lake. Friends will be received in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main Street, Walbridge, Ohio 43465 (419-666-3121) on Friday, October 2, 2015 from 2-8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Restlawn Cemetery, Perrysburg.
