Robert C. Sandrock

Robert Robbie C. Sandrock, 83, of Genoa, died early Saturday morning, May 21, 2011, in the Genoa Retirement Village. He was born April 22, 1928, in Elmore, Ohio, to Edward and Zelma Collins Sandrock. Robert was a lifetime farmer, working on the family farm and other area farms. After he retired in the early 1980s, he enjoyed going to Lenes Web in Oak Harbor and helping out there. He enjoyed music and playing the piano. Another one of Roberts hobbies was tinkering with small cars and trucks. He is survived by his brother, Edward Sandrock of Port Clinton and several nieces and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Warren Sandrock, and sisters, Loren Sandrock, Evaden Hughes and Phyllis Wilson. There will be no visitation or services. The Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory of Genoa has assisted the family with arrangements.
