Robert "Rob" P. Ryan
March 24, 1954 - October 23, 2025
Robert Philip Ryan of Rossford died suddenly on October 23, 2025. A classic jack of all trades, he was a master of heating and air conditioning. Rob provided HVAC installation and service for many individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the area, including All Saints Catholic Parish in Rossford, where he was a parishioner.
Following the 1990 merger of the former Saint Mary Magdalene Parish and Saints Cyril & Methodius Parish, Rob served on the Building Committee that planned for and oversaw the construction of the current All Saints parish facilities on Lime City Road. No one knew the physical ins and outs of those buildings better than Rob, and fortunate for all five pastors with whom he worked, he was always on call for any facility issue.
An Irishman through and through, Rob always had a story to tell and a laugh to share. This was one of the ways he carried on under the weight of the cross he bore. He will be fondly remembered by family, friends, business associates, customers, and fellow parishioners for that wonderful gift.
Several family members preceded Rob in death, including: his parents, James and Mary Ryan; daughter, Mary; and son, Thomas.
A Memorial Mass will be offered for Rob on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at All Saints Catholic Church in Rossford, with a luncheon to follow in the Steinbauer Community Room, where stories and laughs will surely be shared in Rob-like fashion.
