Robert W. Reinhart, Sr., 77, of Genoa, died Sunday afternoon, July 13, 2014, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg, Ohio. Bob was born December 11, 1936, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Harold C. and Frances E. (Welty) Reinhart. On September 16, 1961, in Tiffin he married Marjorie A. Nickel and she survives. Bob worked as a carpenter and millwright and also farmed. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Genoa, where he served on church council and the maintenance committee. He was a 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus in Genoa and 4th Degree DeSoto Assembly in Fremont. Bobs other memberships included S.C.R.A.P., and the Dairy & Cream Separators Club, as well as a life member of the NRA. Bob had also served on the Genoa School Board for 14 years. In addition to his wife, Marjorie, Bob is survived by his sons, Bill (Jodi) Reinhart and Ken Reinhart both of Genoa, his grandson, Sam Reinhart and brother, Charles (Carol) Reinhart of Plymouth, Ohio. His parents and son, Timothy Reinhart, preceded him in death. Visitation will be at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 West St., Genoa, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, July 16, 2014, where the K of C 4th Degree Honor Guard will stand in the evening with a Chalice service at 7:30 p.m. A scripture service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 a.m., Thursday, July 17, 2014, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 204 Main St., Genoa, with burial to follow in Clay Township Cemetery. Memorials for Bob may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551.
