Robert E. Nation

Robert E. Nation age, 81, of Waterville, Ohio formerly of Toledo passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at Heartland of Waterville. He was born on March 7, 1929 to Roscoe and Blanche Sommers Nation. Bob was employed at Columbia Gas of Ohio as a serviceman for 28 years until his retirement. He was a 32nd degree Mason of Masonic Rubicon Lodge #0237 FA.M. Waterville, OH and a member of Community of Christ Lutheran Church, Whitehouse, OH. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Helen M. Nation; daughters, Brenda Larry Druschel, Christine Nation and Darlene Thebeau; grandchildren, Heather Shawna Veres Druschel, Pamela Mike Karg, Daniel Druschel, Cory Michelle Campbell Thebeau and Kelsey Thebeau and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Bob was preceded in death by his brothers, Donald, Sam, and Ray Nation. Family and friends may call at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant, Maumee on Friday, February 11, 2011 from 3-9 pm, with Rubicon Lodge services at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday at 10:00 am. Entombment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania, Ohio.
