Robert A. Dr. Muck

Dr. Robert A. Muck age 53 of Maumee, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 1, 2015 in his home. He was born February 27, 1962 in Ft. Benning, GA to David E. and Norma Ruth (Shepherd) Muck. Rob attended grade school at St. Charles Catholic School in South Toledo and St. John LaLonde in Blue Springs, MO where he was voted the MVP in basketball. He played football for Central Catholic High School and attended the Skill Center at Waite High School and graduated in 1980 from E.L. Bowsher High School. Robert owned and operated Atlantis Power Tool Repair Shop while studying pre-med at the University of Toledo. He went on to obtain a Doctorate in 1985 from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, MO.; a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from Park University; a Diplomat in Acupuncture and Fellow in Nutrition from Cornell, and most recently became a Licensed D.O.T. Examiner. Robert was owner and doctor at Heatherdowns Chiropractic Wellness Ctr. in Toledo since 1986, healing many patients with his gentle and effective healing touch. He is survived by his wife, Brenda (Wehner) Muck and sons, Bryce and Nolan Muck; parents, David and Norma Ruth Muck; sister, Sharon (Jerry) Zapolnik; brother, Terry Maxx. Also surviving are several aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Brice and Mellie Shepherd and John and Dorothy Muck. Friends may call at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee on Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 4-8 PM. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 104 W. Broadway St., Maumee. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Rifle Association, Habitat for Humanity or St. Joseph Catholic Church.
